We are always happy when we have a tall, leggy Emerald foal, and this is certainly one. Escola is a pretty, refined type, with an uphill canter and sweet nature. This is a filly that will not only be a competitor but will have a very commercial future for breeding; her sire and grandsires are all international Grand Prix competitors and World Championship horses.
Sire, Emerald (Diamont de Semilly x Cathargo) has been the darling of the international GP circuit with his bling, scope, balance and huge personality. He was a team finalist for the Netherlands at the Rio Olympics and has won many international Grand Prix and a regular competitor on the Global Champions Tour. His offspring such as Igor and I'm Special de Muze, are already competing successfully at the highest level.
Dam, Oaks Victory Waltz (Vivant x Daley K) was retired due to injury cutting short a promising jumping career. Vivant, World Cup finalist, international competitor, still serving and sound at 20 years old, needs no introduction to Australian showjumpers. Victory Waltz' dam is a full sister to another World Cup finalist, Warlord II.
